Qualifications and Screening

Tri-State Nursing is responsible for the following records on each professional:

Verification of Licensure with the Board of Nursing

Health assessment including physical and TB testing

Verification of CPR training, in-service training and a passing score on pre-hire written exam

Signed code of conduct and patient confidentiality statement

Two positive work related references

All records are available to the facility upon request

 

Liability Coverage

Tri-State Nursing's professionals are covered by general liability and professional practice insurance, worker's compensation and bonding.  A Certificate of Insurance details coverage limits and a copy of the certificate is available upon request.

All payroll functions are handled through Tri-State Nursing.  Each professional will have a time slip that will be signed by a supervisor at the facility and a copy will be left for your records.  Tri-State Nursing will send weekly invoices that details the professional's name, professional level, shift worked and charge.

Our Guarantee

Tri-State Nursing continues its pledge of service by providing a no charge policy.  If you are dissatisfied with our employee's performance, simply call our office within the first 4 hours of the shift and let us know of your dissatisfaction.  You will not be charged for those services.
