- Health assessment including physical and TB testing
- Verification of CPR training, in-service training and a passing score on our pre-hire written exam

- Hep B vaccine or waiver
- State background check via App Check
- State Mandatory Reporter
- EPLS/SAM, OIG, and National Sex Offender Registry
Each Tri-State Nursing professional is covered by general liability insurance, professional practice insurance, worker’s compensation and bonding. All payroll functions are handled through Tri-State Nursing. Our nursing professionals will have a time slip signed by a supervisor from your facility along with a copy for your records. Tri-State Nursing will send weekly invoices including the professionals name, level, shift worked and charge.
